Our Mission

Being a Pure Michigan native, Michigan is Obese, unhealthy, and dying young.  Michigan has been known to have the highest rates of obesity in the nation, as well as higher poverty, which has long been tied to poor health a complex web of factors that include poverty, lack of education, and lack of healthier food choices. Typically, in Metro Detroit communities unhealthy eating habits are more common where there are more fast food and liquor stores than there are health food stores than those of the suburban areas.

Realizing the need to provide solutions for the health crisis in the Detroit communities Taste of Purpose was inspired to supply communities with authentic healthy plant-based meals and fruitful choices. We believe that food is the solution for healing naturally.

Taste of Purpose is a Fresh PLANT-BASED FOOD, DRINK product line that offers clean vegan eats, and ALKALINE options. We are dairy and soy free! Our products are hand made with fresh and locally sourced whole foods. WE DO NOT USE any GMO foods, NO artificial ingredients: colors, flavors, preservatives, or  sweeteners. 

Our menu consists of fresh press juice, soulful vegan meal, unique salads, and healthy snacks alternatives. Taste of Purpose vision is to introduce, educate,  and provide communities to healthier food choice alternatives to artificial fruit drinks, healthier snacks, and processed fast foods. Teaching the importance of cooking with synergy to receive the maximum benefit of a plant-based lifestyle.
